Offering a false instrument for filing/Criminal Impersonation Arrest

On 12/23/2013 at approximately 5:56 PM Misty R Jacquard of Voorheesville, New York was arrested for the felony of Offering a false instrument for filing in the 1st degree, the misdemeanors of Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd degree, Identity theft in the 3rd degree, making a false written statement and the violation of consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Ms. Jacquard was arrested by Nassau Police at Montgomery County Jail on an arrest warrant stemming from an incident that took place in the village back in May 2013 where she was a passenger on a motor vehicle stop and used a name of another. On that stop she was issued a ticket for consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle under the name she provided. She then signed and mailed in the ticket to the Village of Nassau Court using the false name. In September 2013 Ms. Jacquard was arrested on charges out of Albany County for a similar incident where she provided a false name which led officers to determine she did also in May 2013 in the Village of Nassau. Ms. Jacquard was arraigned by Judge Michael Conway and released on $1,500 bond. Ms. Jacquard's next appearance will be on 01/07/2014 at 6:30 PM.
