On 7/26/21, Jacen Williams of Nassau was stopped for operating a vehicle while using mobile device (cell phone) and subsequently arrest for the Misdemeanors of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree (suspended license) and Operating Outside of Vehicle Interlock Device Restrictions. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Court in August.
